If you are experiencing complications with your account connecting to Quicken, you may need to reset the connection by deactivating and then reactivating the one step update option in Quicken. To do so, begin by opening Quicken and then press Ctrl + A to view all configured accounts. Click "Edit" next to the account you want to modify, then select the "Online Services" tab and click "Deactivate." Confirm by clicking "Yes." Now, log into your Eglin FCU account and manually download your accounts into Quicken. For each account, select "Quicken (QFX)" from the dropdown and click "Download." In the pop-up, choose "Create a new account," select the correct account type, and click "Import." Repeat for each account. To reactivate Quicken One Step Update, click "Set up now," enter your username and password (use your exact 5 or 6 digit account number if it's your username), and follow the prompts to complete activation.
