Change Username

To make your Online Banking and/or Mobile App experience more secure, we recommend using a unique username that is difficult for anyone to guess as your Online Banking login username. Avoid using your name or email address as your username as these are easy to guess and may reduce the overall security of your account. To change your username, simply log in to Online Banking or the Mobile App, select "change username" in the profile section, enter the username you wish to use, re-enter the username to confirm and select "Submit."

If you have forgotten your username for Online Banking and the Mobile App, please visit the login page of our website at https://www.eglinfcu.org/login/ and select "forgot username." You will then be asked to enter your account number, birth date and the email address you have on our system, after submitting this information you will receive an email with your username. If you do not receive the email with your username, please be sure to check your junk/spam email folder.
