The Eglin FCU Annual Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 26, 2026. It will be held at the Niceville Community Center, 204 Partin Drive North. Registration begins at 6:15 p.m. and the meeting will be called to order at 7 p.m.

2026 nominees for election
The Nominating Committee has nominated three incumbents to fill three expiring positions for three-year terms on the Board of Directors:

• Russ Corbitt
• Daniel McInnis
• Robert Harlan

Russ Corbitt served 14 years on the Credit Appeals Committee and joined the Board of Directors in 2014. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, a master’s degree in Public Administration, and is a graduate of the Professional Military Comptrollers School. He retired from Civil Service in 2003 as the Deputy Comptroller of the Air Armament Center at Eglin AFB and has 32 years of experience in financial management.

Daniel McInnis has served on the Board of Directors since 1999. During his tenure he has served in all officer positions and is currently the Board Chair. In addition to his elected years on the Board, he volunteered 10 years on the Supervisory Committee, and six years on the Credit Appeals Committee. Mr. McInnis retired from Civil Service at Eglin AFB in 2004.

Robert Harlan has served on the Board of Directors since 2002 in all officer positions including Board Chair. Prior to his election to the Board, he served 14 years on the Supervisory Committee. Mr. Harlan is a retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant with 18 years of experience in management engineering.

Nominations by petition are open
If you wish to be nominated, the nominations by petition process is open until the close of business (5 p.m. CST) Nov. 3, 2025. The petitions must be signed by 500 members who are at least 18 years old and must include each member’s signature, printed name and address as it appears on their statement. Nominations must include a completed Nomination by Petition Packet and be received at the address below by Nov. 3. Packets may be obtained by contacting our Executive Secretary at 850.862.0111 x1601, who will mail, email or arrange a Packet for pick up. Nominees must be an Eglin FCU member in good standing, must be bondable and must be at least 18 years old.

A member with a valid nomination by petition will be included on the ballot. When there is only one nomination per position to be filled, the election will not be conducted by mail ballot, and nominations from the floor will not be accepted.
