eStatements provide online access to your account statements instead of by mail. Besides being an excellent way to help our environment, going paperless is also a fast, convenient and safe way to view your monthly statement. This service is free to all EFCU members and can be cancelled at any time. To receive eStatements, Home Branch access is required.
Set up eStatements today by logging into Home Branch and selecting 'eStatements' under 'eServices' in the top navigation bar.
Free with a minimum of 3 transactions monthly, Bill Payer allows you to schedule as many one-time or recurring payments as you like up to a year in advance. Scheduled payments may be added, removed, or edited at your convenience. Bill Payer requires Home Branch access.
To setup Bill Payer or to learn more, click the "Bill Payer" button located under 'eServices' inside Home Branch.

Payments to a Loan or Mastercard (FREE):
Pay from your checking account at another financial institution using the External Transfers feature inside of Home Branch. This one-time or recurring payment is processed within 24 hours (one business day). Please note, initial setup may take several days.

- Deposit to your Checking or Savings: Make a deposit to your EFCU account from a checking account at another financial institution. This one-time deposit is processed within 24 hours (one business day). A $3 fee per transaction applies. Click here to set up your deposit through the Payment Center.
- Pay by Phone: Make a deposit or loan payment with your non-EFCU debit card or credit card (excludes Visa). This one-time payment is processed within 48 hours (2 business days). A $10 fee per transaction applies, covering up to three payments. To make a payment by phone, call 850.862.0111 (option 4).
Overdraft Protection for your EFCU Checking Account can prevent returned checks and declined purchases, it works by accessing one of your other qualified EFCU account types when your checking account does not have sufficient funds. Qualified EFCU account types include Mastercard Credit Cards, Regular Share Savings, Money Market, Line-of-Credit Signature loan or any combination thereof. Members with qualified premium checking accounts may authorize the Credit Union to pay for debit card purchases made at a store, online or by telephone when there are not available funds in the account.

Easy and convenient, Direct Deposit automatically transfers your paycheck into your EFCU Accounts electronically. When establishing Direct Deposit, you can specify how much of your income will be deposited into each of your accounts.

Periodic Transfer of Funds (PTOF)
Arrange for an automatic transfer of funds from shares at EFCU to other EFCU share suffixes or loan suffixes. There's no fee and you choose the date and frequency. PTOF can be set up for one-time or recurring transfers and cross-account transfers are available with proper authorization.
To establish a PTOF and for more details sign in to Home Branch and select 'Scheduled Transfers' under the 'Transfers' tab in the navigation bar.
Also known as automatic electronic payments, ACH Origination allows you to make electronic loan payments to other institutions, or pay your EFCU loan with funds automatically transferred from another institution.
