Make secure, convenient, and quick payments and deposits to your EFCU Accounts, Loans, or Mastercard online or by phone.

  • Pay Online: Pay from your savings or checking account at another financial institution. This one-time payment/deposit is processed within 24 hours (one business day). A $3 fee per transaction applies. Click here to make an online payment.
  • Pay by Phone: Pay with your non-EFCU credit card. This one-time payment is processed within 48 hours (2 business days). A $10 fee per transaction applies, covering up to three payments. To make a payment by phone, call 850.862.0111 (option 4).

 Overdraft Protection

By linking your EFCU Checking Account to your Savings Account or Line-of-Credit Loan, Overdraft Protection can prevent returned checks and declined purchases as a result of insufficient available funds.

 Courtesy Pay

Courtesy Pay is an optional, additional overdraft protection service that will, for a small fee, cover qualifying costs that incur a negative balance on your Premium Checking account.

 Direct Deposit

Easy and convenient, Direct Deposit automatically transfers your paycheck into your EFCU Accounts electronically. When establishing Direct Deposit, you can specify how much of your income will be deposited into each of your accounts.

 Periodic Transfer of Funds (PTOF)

Arrange for an automatic transfer of funds from shares at EFCU to other EFCU share suffixes or loan suffixes. There's no fee and you choose the date and frequency. PTOF can be set up for one-time or recurring transfers and cross-account transfers are available with proper authorization.
To establish a PTOF and for more details sign in to Home Branch and select 'Scheduled Transfers' under the 'Transfers' tab in the navigation bar.

 ACH Origination

Also known as automatic electronic payments, ACH Origination allows you to make electronic loan payments to other institutions, or pay your EFCU loan with funds automatically transferred from another institution.

 Shared Branch

Through CO-OP Shared Branch, credit unions from all over the country are connected to give members thousands of convenient locations to perform transactions just as if they were in their home credit union. Whether you are at work, home, or your favorite travel destination, EFCU is always nearby.
