EFCU Video Tellers

We are excited about our new Video Tellers. Simply touch the screen to activate the Video Teller and one of our friendly EFCU tellers will greet you to assist you with your transactions. Video Tellers are available during normal business hours and on Fridays until 7 p.m. Please have your photo ID ready. Video Teller Machines also operate as ATMs 24/7 using your EFCU ATM or Debit card.

Local and Live
Our Video Tellers work locally in our Operations Branch and are a growing team of EFCU employees. They can assist you with the Video Teller machines at any of our locations and are happy to guide first-time users through the process!
Video Tellers can complete the following transactions:
  • Cash and Check Deposits
  • Cash Withdrawals
  • Cash Checks (any coin will be deposited to the member's account)
  • Transfer funds
  • Make loan payments
  • Make credit card payments
  • Make mortgage payments
  • Pay on safe deposit box rental
Here are some common questions for members accessing their EFCU accounts:
Do I need my card to use the Video Teller? No, just touch the screen and we'll guide you through the transaction.
What if I don't know my account number? We can look your account up with valid identification.
Can I choose how I want my cash back? Yes, Video Tellers can dispense the following denominations $50s, $20s, $5s and $1s.
How many locations do you have? We currently have 25 Video Teller/ATM machines with plans to expand throughout Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, and Walton counties within the next year.
