Functions inside of Home Branch include:




• View account summaries, cleared checks and detailed transaction history
• Transfer funds to your other account suffixes, joint accounts* or other EFCU member accounts or loans (if you have their account number and suffix)
• Transfer funds to make your EFCU Mastercard payment or pay your EFCU Mortgage
• Sign up for Bill Payer, free with three completed transactions per month.
• Sign up for eStatements, set up email alerts & order checks
• Update your contact information, username and password
• Send secure emails to EFCU with questions or comments
*You can access joint accounts with a Cross Account Authorization. For additional information stop by a branch, contact Member Services by email or call option 4 during our normal business hours.

  Email Alerts

Email Alerts provide peace of mind and additonal security by keeping you informed when activity occurs on your account. Choose from over 30 types of account activity including but not limited to: changes to your contact information, withdrawals, overdrafts, low balances, failed login attempts, and even upcoming due dates on loan payments.
To set up email alerts within Home Branch, select 'eServices' in the navigation bar and choose 'alerts.' From there you can choose the type of alert and specify parameters. Whenever an activity occurs that flags that alert, you will recieve a notice via the email address you have on file.



 Home Branch Requirements

Home Branch requires membership with EFCU, Internet access, and a current supported browser. You must have a valid email address and keep it current so that we can notify you quickly with important information regarding your account. We will not share your email address with anyone without your consent. If you do not access your account using Home Branch within a 2-year period your access will be disabled and you will need to reapply.
