Personal Identification Numbers at EFCU -- PIN
Access your accounts from your personal computer via the Web. Taking advantage of a
secure connection between your personal computer and the Credit Union's Web server,
you can perform the following actions on your accounts:
- View Cleared Check images
- Get summarized or detailed inquiries on all suffixes (sub-accounts)
- Transfer funds between suffixes and/or accounts*
- Request a check from share suffixes to be mailed to the address on file
- Make loan payments
- Change your Personal Identification Number
- Download transactions to Microsoft® Money or Quicken®
If you do not have a Home Branch PIN, contact member services by e-mail or by calling
(850) 862-0111 or 1-800-367-6159 and request an application.
Automatic Closing
If you do not access your account using your Home Branch PIN within any two year period, the service will be removed and you will be required to complete a new application.
* Home Branch now provides cross-account inquiries and transfers between related accounts.
In order to enable this feature on two or more accounts, you must meet certain requirements
and complete and sign a consent form that lists the actions that are authorized between
the accounts. Contact member services for assistance.
